Sylvius es una ginebra artesanal hecha en Schiedam, que se destila en pequeños lotes de 500-800 litros. La elaboración está en manos de Justus Walop, maestro destilador. Elaborada con el alcohol de trigo de calidad más alta, contiene la habitual combinación de ingredientes botánicos utilizados en la ginebra, como el enebro, angélica, cáscara de limón, cáscara de naranja, canela, comino, cilantro, lavanda, anís estrellado y el agua de manantial de Hunzedal, que le proporciona su propio carácter.
