La saca del Lustau 3 En Rama Manzanilla de Sanlúcar de Barrameda, como los otros dos vinos de crianza biológica de la gama, se realiza a partir de botas seleccionadas. Se embotella cada primavera cuando la flor de levadura que lo cubre alcanza su máxima expresión, representando la singularidad y el carácter genuino del vino. Las nuevas etiquetas minimalistas, basadas en tipografías antiguas, representan la pureza de los vinos en rama, directamente de la bota a la copa: frescos, sin retoques, sin filtrar.
