El Ramos Pinto Tawny es un blend de 3 a 5 años obtenido por el conjunto de vinos con un grado de maduración variable, producido por el envejecimiento en barricas y toneles. Más desarrollado que el ruby. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas usadas, con muy poco aporte tánico. La madera nueva dominaría la estructura y aromas del vino.
