Lustau Amontillado Escuadrilla se elabora con palomino criado en botas de roble americano, mediante el sistema de solera y criaderas, en las bodegas de Emilio Lustau. Primero se crió durante 4 años bajo velo de flor y posteriormente 8 años en crianza oxidativa en la bodega de la Emperatriz Eugenia en Jerez de la Frontera. Es un amontillado clásico de Jerez: con cuerpo, elegante y equilibrado. Un vino que homenajea la camaradería y amistad de la escuadrilla del Ejército del Aire de la que Emilio Lustau formó parte. Inicialmente criado bajo flor y posteriormente varios años de crianza oxidativa. Elaborado seguiendo el método de "soleras".
