Lustau Manzanilla Pasada Manuel Cuevas Jurado procede de una solera de 80 botas que se envejecen en las bodegas de Don Manuel Cuevas Jurado en Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Una manzanilla singular y aromática, de carácter marino, seco y ligero. Ideal para tomarla fresca en el aperitivo o con queso, por ejemplo, un Bauma Castanyer. Envejecido en botas de roble americano siguiendo el tradicional sistema de criaderas y solera. La solera está compuesta de 21 botas.
