Montserrat Molina lleva más de 20 años haciéndose cargo de la enología de Barbadillo, una de las bodegas monumentales de Sanlúcar de Barrameda, y de Solear, su manzanilla de referencia. La singularidad de la Solear recae en que es la manzanilla con más criaderas −11− del Marco de Jerez. Una rareza que hace que cuando la disfrutemos, tenga una media de 6 años de edad. De color amarillo pálido brillante, tiene el perfume incisivo de levaduras, flor de manzanilla, almendras y un toque final ligeramente salino. La boca es untuosa, ligera y delicada, con un final fresco, persistente y seco.

The production region of D.O. Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda is located in Exclusivamente Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, España.
