Este vino ha sido envejecido durante 20 años en madera de roble. Una crianza de carácter oxidativo, que aportará al vino un perfil aromático muy especial. La Casa de Santa Eufemia es una finca que está situada en el margen izquierdo del famoso río Duero, está constituida por 40 hectáreas. La empresa se fundó en 1894 por Bernardo Rodrigues de Carvalho y actualmente la dirige la 3ª generación de la familia. Las viñas están plantadas en terrazas de terreno pizarroso, con las variedades de uva blancas y negras autóctonas. La compañía se enorgullece de compartir la pasión y la calidad de sus vinos.
