Eduardo Hidalgo Verjano, que la empresa creció para convertirse en una de las más importantes de la región y principal productora de Manzanilla. La plantación está repartida en los Pagos de Balbaina y Miraflores. La filosofía de Bodegas Hidalgo consiste en combinar los métodos tradicionales de crianza en roble americano y las más avanzadas tecnologías.
