El Amontillado del Duque VORS de González Byass tiene su origen en la solera de Tío Pepe, donde pasó más de 4 años, siguiendo el tradicional sistema de Solera y criaderas bajo velo de flor. Tras esta primera crianza biológica, la flor desapareció lentamente y el vino entró en la solera de Viña AB, donde permaneció 4 años más en crianza oxidativa, en contacto con el aire. Finalmente pasó 22 años más en la solera Del Duque, iniciada hace más de 300 años a partir de 16 botas compradas al Duque de Medinaceli. El resultado es un amontillado muy viejo, oscuro y de nariz punzante. Seco, vigoroso, complejo y con un delicioso perfume eterno. Ideal para acompañar quesos curados. Envejecido, mediante el tradicional sistema de soleras, durante 30 años en barricas de roble americano.
