El Vins de Foresta Macabeu Ancestral está elaborado con el método ancestral, es decir inicio de la fermentación en depósitos de inoxidable y finalización en botella. Sus uvas provienen de un suelo arcillo-calcáreo con una excelente insolación que garantizan su buena maduración. Levaduras autóctonas para mantener el carácter original de la macabeu. Es un vino fresco, equilibrado, con notas de flores y frutas blancas, delicado, salino y chispeante.
