Los vinos de Rafa Bernabé han sido elaborados con el mínimo de intervención, vinificados sin apenas tocarlos y de la manera más natural posible, sin adición de sulfuroso y con levaduras del propio viñedo, y no han sido clarificados ni filtrados. Esta elaboración tan natural puede comportar que el vino presente turbidez o sedimentos, en algunas añadas más que en otras, además. Es muy recomendable dejar reposar la botella verticalmente durante varias horas antes de servirlo.
