Sus ágiles burbujas nos cautivan y su aromática de frutos rojos, lácticos y levaduras no hace sino alargar el hechizo. Fresco, floral y de tacto cremoso, el Garay Rosé se muestra como un vino muy equilibrado de final goloso y ligeramente amargo. Criado durante 15 meses en botella.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
