Maker's Mark 46 es un bourbon que debe su nombre a la muestra nº 46 de las pruebas que se hicieron de barricas para elaborar el que vendría a ser el nuevo bourbon de la casa. Se trata de la adición de 10 duelas de roble francés en las barricas que darà sabores naturales de caramelo, vainilla y especias. Envejecido durante aproximadamente 5 años en barricas de roble americano con duelas de roble francés en su interior.
