Isleña es una cerveza producida, entre otras, con cebada cultivada en Ibiza, es del tipo ALE ya que la fermentación de la levadura se produce a alta temperatura. La cerveza es clara, de tonalidad amarilla brillante y con un gusto prominente de lúpulo, comparada con las Pilsen es menos amarga. Y como en Ibiza no tenemos fábrica de cerveza, nos fuimos a producir donde son auténticos expertos, Alemania.
