MURI-GRIES es más que una bodega. No solo es la coexistencia de la vida monástica y el ajetreado trabajo de bodega lo que lidera el día, sino también el trabajo en nuestras propias 35 hectáreas de viñedos en los mejores lugares de Bolzano y sus alrededores. El Lagrein.

Hemos tomado una decisión clara sobre la variedad de uva Lagrein autóctona y la hemos mantenido durante mucho tiempo. Es un trabajo sostenible con una uva que se siente cómoda en nuestros viñedos monásticos, está en nuestra casa y prospera de manera excelente. Cada año nos da resultados más expresivos. También se lo debemos a nuestras viñas viejas de la década de 1930, de las cuales cultivamos un material de uva exquisito y trabajamos constantemente para descubrir su carácter distintivo: Un vino tinto elegante con identidad, maravillosamente complejo y realista. Nuestro buque insignia. Hay muchas razones para querer este tipo de uva, el Lagrein, una variedad de uva que es nativa del Tirol del Sur, que está llena de un carácter que emociona y logra destacar claramente.
