Còsmic Via Fora Macabeu Semi-Brisat es uno de los singulares vinos de Salvador Batlle en la Serra del Montmell, el Penedès. Las uvas provienen de la Finca del Pauet Gran con cepas plantadas hace más de 70 años cultivadas en ecológico. Un 40% maceró con las pieles y el raspón y fermentó durante 10 días, y el 60% restante maceró con las pieles durante 4 días y fermentó sin pieles. Una botella para disfrutar desde ahora y durante los próximos 3 años. Recomendamos decantar.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
