WIN.0 White se elabora a partir de vinos blancos procedentes de uvas de la variedad Verdejo. Mediante un innovador método, se separan los aromas y el alcohol del resto de componentes del vino. Posteriormente, se realiza un "reconstitución organoléptica", mediante la cual se devuelven los aromas al vino de partida. De este modo, se consigue un producto similar al vino de partida pero sin alcohol. WIN.0 se presenta en botellas con tapón de rosca, lo que facilita su consumo y conservación. Win ha lanzado al mercado una edición conmemorativa de apoyo a los enfermos de cáncer por la que en cada botella de WIN.0 WHITE vendida, 60 céntimos de euro irán destinados a un proyecto de investigación gestionado por la AECC (Asociación Española contra el Cáncer).
