Este vino representa la versión más fresca, joven y cercana de la famosa Selección Gris, un icono de la bodega elaborado 100% con Pinot Grigio fermentado y envejecido en barricas de roble francés. La uva con la que se elabora este vino blanco procede de los viñedos de San Lorenzo, donde las gravas y tierras predominantemente calizas proporcionan al delicioso néctar de color amarillo paja una estimulante mineralidad. Los aromas que emanan de la copa recuerdan a peras, melocotones y flores blancas, un bouquet de gran limpieza acorde con lo que ofrece en paladar: un vino de textura cremosa que equilibra la suavidad, la frescura y el sabor con una delicada y elegante estructura.
