Raza e identidad en un blanco elaborado 100% con la variedad xarel·lo procedente de uvas ecológicas de Font Jui, una finca familiar con una extensión de 4 hectáreas de suelo arcilloso-calcáreo muy particular. Tras una esmerada selección de la uva, el vino es criado en barricas de roble francés nuevas y de segundo o tercer año con el fin de mantener al máximo el carácter de la uva. Criado, sobre lías, durante 2 meses en barricas de roble francés. Posterior reposo en botella durante 12 meses.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
