Las uvas se vendimian en dos pasadas, una más temprana en la que se recogen frutos cargados de acidez refrescante y una segunda con uvas mucho más maduras. Después, el mosto macera con las pieles durante 24 horas, se sangra y fermenta. Posteriormente, el vino descansa y se protege con sus lías finas hasta ser embotellado después de que el frío del invierno lo estabilice de manera natural. En copa presume de color amarillo paja con reflejos verdosos y de nariz exuberante, atípica para una garnacha supuestamente modesta; heno, fruta blanca madura, arbequinas y algo de plátano. Entrada sedosa y boca glicérica, bien conducida por una acidez medida que nos acompaña hasta un final maduro y ligeramente verde. Un gran blanco que deja muy a las claras las enormes posibilidades del varietal en la Terra Alta.
