Un coupage de chardonnay y macabeo fermentado y criado en roble, de entrada suave, fino y elegante, con un toque dulzón de las notas de vainilla. Un vino fresco y vivo, a la vez que glicérico y suave, con un buen equilibrio entre acidez y alcohol, de final meloso y persistente. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas nuevas, con alto aporte tánico.
