El Astrales Godello es un vino blanco especial y particular desde su concepción. Las uvas de godello cultivadas a gran altitud ofrecen un perfil aromático distinto al habitual de la variedad. Ciertamente se aprecian en él sutiles aromas herbáceos y florales, pero es la intensidad de su fruta lo que realmente impacta. Aun estando frente a un vino con 50 meses de crianza, la fruta se mantiene intacta. Toda su crianza se realiza en botella, sin contacto alguno con la madera, con lo que el vino gana en complejidad y aplomo pero conserva el frescor primario. Criado, con total ausencia de luz, durante más de 50 meses en botella.
