El single malt de 12 años, fresco y ligeramente ahumado con notas herbáceas que supone la revelación de los whiskies japoneses. Este Distiller's Reserve contiene diferentes destilados: maltas ligeramente peatadas (8 años y más), malta y, whisky muy envejecido en roble americano alrededor de 18 años. Todos los barriles han sido escogidos a mano por el Master Blender, Shinji Fukuyo. Originario de los bosques y montañas vírgenes y de las aguas puras de los Alpes del Sur de Japón, no es de extrañar que sea un whisky "verde y fresco". Su sabor alegre y estimulante, único en un single malt, despierta y libera los sentidos. Envejecido en barricas de roble americano blanco.
