Después de varios años elaborando el FORVM, decidimos que era el momento de dar a conocer y embotellar una pequeña parte de las reservas iniciales de este producto, con soleras de 20 años, las cuales mantuvimos estáticas más de siete años. Este agridulce ha permanecido todo este tiempo en barricas de 300 litros, dentro de barracas de piedra situadas en medio de nuestros viñedos. Cada año embotellamos sólo 375 litros, es decir, 1.500 botellas de 250 ml. Se trata de un agridulce diferente, con una gran personalidad y carácter, dónde destacan notas resultantes de su largo envejecimiento. En él se encuentran concentrados los aromas y el gusto de la esencia mediterránea.
