En el caso del blanco, se trata de un vino cuya base es la garnacha blanca (80%) y el resto una multitud de variedades que salpican las fincas de viña vieja, como macabeo, planta, trobats, tripó de Gat, mamella de monja, picapoll blanco, ceps de Sant Jaume; todas ellas provenientes de diferentes fincas del Masroig. La elaboración se realiza pasificando las uvas en cañizos durante 42 días, prensa y depósito de inox. Dolç d'Orto Blanc es untuoso y envolvente en boca, con un esqueleto acídico que le aporta la frescura necesaria para repetir y repetir una y otra copa. Sus más de 200 gr/l de azúcar residual lo situarían a niveles de un superbotritizado alemán. Dolç d'Orto Blanc es la dulce frescura recuperada.
