Tras escribir el libro «Sake. La Seda Líquida», Antoni Campins decidió elaborar sake japonés en Tuixent (Prepirineo de Lleida) con arroz plantado en el Delta del Ebro. Su Sake Grand Cru es un Nigori, lo que significa que no está filtrado, y se elabora con arroz Yamada Nishiki con un pulido al 50% y agua de la Font del Coll, con una calidad especial al no contener ni hierro ni manganeso, y rica en calcio, potasio y fósforo. De aspecto lechoso, está a la altura de los mejores sakes japoneses artesanales y, aunque tiene una alta graduación alcohólica (17,5%), es suave en boca, largo, intenso y fresco.
