Carmen Ferrer, su marido Manolo Sanmartín, y su hija Pili, dirigen Bàrbara Forés, que es hoy uno de los referentes vitivinícolas de la Terra Alta. Bàrbara Forés Rosat es un ensamblaje de garnacha tinta, syrah y cariñena cultivadas en ecológico. Tras una corta maceración con las pieles, se realizó el sangrado del mosto, fermentándolo posteriormente con sus propias levaduras. Un rosado delicioso y fresco, ideal como aperitivo, con arroces, pasta y platos asiáticos.
