Hacienda Monasterio es una finca situada entre Pesquera y Valbuena del Duero. Fue fundada en 1991, y desde entonces Peter Sisseck (Dominio de Pingus) dirige la bodega y la viña. Este crianza, es un claro exponente de los vinos de la bodega, los cuales integran a la perfección la fuerza de la Ribera con la armonía y la elegancia propia de los grandes vinos. Con su nariz intensa y compleja, y su equilibrada boca de remarcable final, seguro que no nos dejará indiferentes.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
