Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (A.O.C.) A.O.C. Collioure.
The production region of A.O.C. Collioure is located in Alrededores de la ciudad de Collioure en la región vinícola de Rosellón de Francia. Se producen vinos tintos, rosados y algunos blancos: los tintos de las uvas Grenache noir, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Carignan y Cinsaut; el blanco está hecho de una mezcla de Garnacha blanca y Garnacha gris. Los límites de la denominación son idénticos al AOC de Banyuls, ya que muchas de las uvas cultivadas en Collioure están destinadas a ser utilizadas en los Vins doux naturels fortificados de la región. Las uvas que no se utilizan para Banyuls se producen luego como vinos tranquilos no fortificados bajo el AOC de Collioure.
