Celler Bàrbara Forés es una bodega familiar ubicada en el centro de Gandesa que remonta sus orígenes a 1898, cuando el señor Rafael Ferrer Forés, bisabuelo de la propietaria actual e hijo de la señora Bárbara Forés que inspira el nombre y carácter, encarga la construcción de la casa-bodega al arquitecto tarraconense Ramon Salas Ricomà. En 1994 se llevó a cabo una importante reforma del edificio para adaptar la bodega a las exigencias de producción actuales y supuso un gran salto cualitativo respetando la tradición en la elaboración de los vinos. Este vino es un coupage de las variedades de uva Garnacha Negra (55%), Syrah (24%) y Cabernet Sauvignon (21%) procedentes de viñedos plantados sobre suelos de textura franca situados a una altitud de entre 350 y 600 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Tras realizar la vendimia manualmente, el vino fermentó durante 17-22 días en depósitos de acero inoxidable a una temperatura controlada de 22-26ºC. Las posteriores maceraciones fueron de 30 días. En cuanto a la crianza, Coma d'En Pou Bàrbara Forés permaneció durante 15 meses en barricas de roble francés de Allier.
