La infatigable Sara Pérez nos ofrece un nuevo vino acogido a la denominación de Montsant: Donyet, un coupage de garnacha, cariñena, merlot y cabernet sauvignon, de cepas cuya edad media es de 30 años, plantadas sobre suelo granítico y cultivas orgánicamente, con total respeto por el medio ambiente. En la etiqueta, un simpático 'donyet', el nombre que, según la mitología catalana, reciben los duendecillos que se escondía en las crines de los caballos. Envejecido durante 10 meses en barricas, de tercer año, de roble francés.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
