Los vinos de Tua Rita son ricos y concentrados, envolventes, con textura y una gran longevidad. El buque insignia de la bodega es su inmenso Redigaffi, un monovarietal de merlot procedente de un histórico viñedo que crece en suelos arcillosos. Tras un envejecimiento de 18 a 22 meses en barricas nuevas, el resultado es un vino que se caracteriza por las clásicas notas minerales que lo adornan tanto en nariz como en paladar.
