Élia es el nombre de la tercera hija de Jaume Roca, la que más ha colaborado en la bodega desde que tenía 7 años. Es el más tánico de la casa, el más versátil y el que va dirigido a un público más amplio. Las distintas variedades utilizadas en la elaboración de Èlia (garnacha, syrah y cabernet sauvignon) fermentan por separado en acero inoxidable y reciben doce meses de crianza en barricas francesas de tercer y cuarto vino. Unos aromas de fruta negra y frescos balsámicos anticipan un boca carnosa y amablemente tánica. Un tinto equilibrado y goloso de principio a fin que obliga a seguir bebiendo. Muy poquitas botellas. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas de roble francés. Posterior reposo en botella durante un mínimo de 12 meses más.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
