La Pedrissa es un monovarietal de cariñena, elaborado con fruta de viñedos de más de 80 años, plantados en suelo de costra caliza, conocido como tapàs en la zona, un suelo pobre y rocoso del que antiguamente los romanos extraían las rocas para sus construcciones, de ahí su nombre ('pedrissa' en catalán significa pedrera, cantera). Un vino con una nariz muy rica, frutal y a al vez floral. Potente y estructurado en boca, pero con una entrada amable, muy elegante.
