Celler de Capçanes, la modélica cooperativa del Montsant, elabora cuatro fantásticos tintos con garnacha, que se embotellan según el tipo de suelo en el que ha crecido la viña. La Nit de les Garnatxes Calissa se elabora con garnacha de viñedos plantados sobre suelos calizos (roca calcárea fragmentada y de acidez baja). En unas condiciones mayoritariamente secas, las raíces de la planta crecen en profundidad y dan unos rendimientos bajos. Un vino complejo matizado por una crianza de 4 meses en barricas de roble francés. Boca fresca y de persistente final. Producción limitada a 4.000 botellas. Criado durante 6 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés.
