Bodegas Borsao dispone de 1600 ha. de garnacha de monte en las estribaciones del macizo del Moncayo, con un alto porcentaje de viñas viejas, de cuya fruta elaboran vinos frescos, frutales y expresivos. Borsao Bole es su última creación: una nueva garnacha, aunque esta vez con un 30% de syrah, de media crianza (3-4 meses en barrica), goloso y muy fácil de beber con el que la bodega pretende llegar al gran público; una imagen muy cuidada y un precio de lo más asequible les sirve de presentación para demostrar su buena relación calidad-precio. Envejecido durante 3 meses en barricas de roble francés de primer y segundo vino.
