12 Volts es la segunda etiqueta de la emblemática bodega 4 Kilos de Mallorca, y un vino de perfil accesible y muy gastronómico, que marida con muchos platos. Se elabora con una mezcla de variedades autóctonas (callet y fogoneu suman el 60% del cupaje) y variedades bordelesas, y funde también el carácter mediterráneo, los aires mallorquines, los aromas de plantas aromáticas (orégano), con el atlántico, con su fondo húmedo, de tierra mojada. Es un vino que armoniza la rusticidad con la amabilidad, que se muestra poderoso sin cansar. Fermentación maloláctica en depósitos de acero. Envejecido durante 12 meses en barricas nuevas de roble americano (60%) y de segundo año de roble francés (40%).

The production region of I.G.P. Vi de la Terra de Mallorca is located in Las zonas vinícolas de la isla de Mallorca, en el archipiélago de las islas Baleares, España. Comprende todos los municipios de la isla de Mallorca y se organiza en cinco unidades: la Serra de Tramuntana (donde se registran las mayores altitudes, que sirven de protección frente a los vientos del noroeste), el Raiguer, el Pla, la Serra de Llevant (con altitudes más moderadas) y el Migjorn.
