Vino joven rosado expresivo y seductor, creado para satisfacer al público más exigente y elaborado, siguiendo el método tradicional, a partir de la variedad tempranillo o tinta fina del país procedente de una selección de viñedos en la demarcación Cigales. La vendimia se realiza manualmente, con rigurosa selección, en cajas. Posteriormente será fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas y a una temperatura controlada, donde sólo intervienen procesos naturales, preservando su máxima expresión. Tras una maceración muy breve desbotándolo por sangrado,
El resultado, a la vista, es un vino de color rosa frambuesa, limpio, vivo y brillante. Aromas a frutas rojas silvestres, cereza y grosella. Muy fresco en boca, meloso y con un excelente equilibrio frutal. Imprescindible siempre en su bodega. Perfecto para maridar con platos mediterráneos, ensaladas, arroces, aperitivos, pescados y mariscos, platos de pasta italiana y, por supuesto, perfecto para disfrutarlo sólo o acompañado.
