Es una ginebra con un gran equilibro entre intensidad y finura, sabrosa y compleja, con notas de frutos secos, torrefactos ligeros, chocolate negro, piña, plátano y unos toques de ciruela pasa. Envejecido en 21 pequeñas barricas de 270 litros de Cognac Pierre Ferrand que previamente habían contenido Cognac Premier Cru (Grande Champagne) durante 15 a 20 años.
