Larmandier-Bernier es una Maison de Champagne situada en la magnífica Côte de Blancs con una profunda convicción biodinámica que aplica a sus 18 ha de viñedos desde hace más de 20 años. Larmandier-Bernier Premier Cru Terre de Vertus Non Dosé se elabora con chardonnay de viñedos de una parcela llamada Les Barillers. El vino base se crió durante 1 año en barricas y foudres Stockinger antes de la toma de espuma. La crianza en rima se alargó más de 5 años y su degüelle se realizó a mano. Un chardonnay de libro ideal para empezar una comida acompañando ostras o trufas.
