Gonet-Médeville 1er Cru Cuvée Tradition es el Champagne insignia de Xavier Gonet y Julie Médeville. Elaborado con el ensamblaje tradicional de la región: chardonnay, pinot noir y meunier. Un 30% del vino base se crió en barricas de roble y el ensamblaje final tuvo una posterior crianza de 24 meses en las cavas antes de su degüelle, donde se le añadió un ligero dosaje de 7 gramos por litro. Un espumoso de burbuja cremosa, fresco y complejo, fantástico para acompañar una comida de principio a fin.
