Elaborado exclusivamente con viñedos viejos de nuestra propiedad, situados en las fincas de Can Romeu (Sant Sadurní dAnoia), La pedra Blanca (Subirats) y Can Rosell de la Serra (Torrelavit), todas del Alt Penedès. Estos viejos viñedos en suelos de textura franca y naturaleza muy calcárea dan producciones de uva muy bajas y de un alto nivel cualitativo en lo que a regularidad, concentración y expresión se refiere. La vendimia se realiza de forma manual y todas las viñas se cultivan sin herbicidas ni insecticidas para respetar la biodiversidad y el medio ambiente.

Cava is located in La denominada región del Cava, que comprende fundamentalmente la comarca catalana del Penedés (provincias de Barcelona y Tarragona), donde se encuentra San Sadurní de Noya, el centro de producción más importante. El cava también se elabora en otros 159 municipios de España, de las provincias de Barcelona (63 municipios), Tarragona (52 municipios), La Rioja (18 municipios), Lérida (12 municipios), Gerona (5 municipios), Álava (3 municipios), Zaragoza (2 municipios), Navarra (2 municipios), Badajoz (1 municipio) y Valencia (1 municipio), que en su conjunto configuran la zona de producción denominada Región del Cava.
